Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing BIZE (“we, us, our”). Please read this Cancellations and Refund Policy (“Agreement”) prior to making any transactions on our Platform. This Agreement contains the terms regarding how we issue refunds to the Learners (“you, your”).
This Agreement is hereby through this reference construed as part of our Terms.
2. How to request cancellations
You may cancel your order and place a request for a refund through the Platform by logging into your BIZE.in online Account and accordingly initiating a refund request by sending an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and mentioning the course code and payment ID in the body of the email.
3. Cancellations
3.1 Basic Listing: Basic Listing fee is non-refundable.
3.2 All Listings other than Basic Listing: Users may cancel the Listing Service for a refund if cancellations are requested not more than 48 hours to the starting time of listing service (“CancellationPeriod”). We will deduct relevant amounts including basic listing fee, promotion and digital marketing and registration charges of not less than INR 9990/- + taxes or 30% (whichever is higher) from any amounts or service fee paid to BIZE prior to giving refunds. After the expiration of the Cancellation Period, we will not provide any refunds under any circumstances.
3.3 Brokerages, Commissions or Consultancy fee: With respect to services provided by BIZEto Corporate Clients or Service providers, no refund will be considered post 30 days of the payment made on account of the services availed or ordered.
4. Refund Disbursal
If you are determined to be eligible for a refund by BIZE, we will disburse the applicable refund amount to your original payment method used to make your purchase as soon as we can but not less than 14 to 21 days (subject to your appropriate payment method issuer policy) of receipt of your refund request. Transaction charges deducted by your card issuer or the payment processor are non-refundable. However, there may be factors beyond our control which may cause delays with respect to your entitled refund, and with this regard we disclaim all liabilities.
5. CURRENCY CONVERSION
If any currency conversion shall be required in connection with the calculation of amounts payable hereunder, such conversion shall be processed by the payment processors of BIZE and as per the foreign exchange rates applicable on the day such payment is processed. With any payment in relation to which a currency conversion is performed to calculate the amount of payment due, the Payment Processor shall provide to you, a true, accurate and complete information about the prevailing foreign exchange rates.
